If you want to know the climate of southern Spain, this apartment is ideal for you. It has a communal salt pool measuring 24x9m and a depth range between 1.20m and 2.10m, which also has a children's pool. This pool is located in a garden, also communal, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the palm trees. The apartment has an ideal terrace to have a good time with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, it has direct neighbors so privacy is partial.

The apartment, distributed on a single ground floor, has a cozy interior with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The living room is equipped with a television, while the open-concept dining room offers a cozy space to enjoy family meals. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Regarding the bedrooms, the main room has a double bed and the second room has two single beds. Both are equipped with fans for greater comfort. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The accommodation is located in a residential development 12 minutes by car from the center of Chiclana de la Frontera, a city in the province of Cádiz, in Andalusia. In this picturesque city we can find a rich and varied local cuisine in its wide variety of bars and restaurants. In addition, Chiclana de la Frontera is surrounded by extensive natural beauty of cliffs and mountain landscapes. Just 5 minutes by car we can find the extensive Barrosa beach, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters.

Pool hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day from June 15 to September 15. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
