This charming apartment with a modern feel and spectacular views of the sea is located in Es Barcares in the north of the beautiful town of Alcudia. The exterior of the house is perfect, it has two terraces, one in the back and one in the front with artificial grass and incredible sofas to relax while watching the sea. Also on the terrace there is a table to organize dinners and summer meals with friends and family.

It is located on a very well distributed, bright and airy ground floor. The living room is in the same space as the dining room and the kitchen, with a very modern and current style. There is a large sofa with seating for four people and the dining room is equipped with a modern table with four chairs. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems including a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and dishwasher. Also in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, this apartment offers two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an additional single trundle bed. Both bedrooms have windows, and the double room has sea views. The house has a very large bathroom with a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.

Es Barcarès is a quiet and idyllic fishing village and is in the north of Alcúdia. Most of the coves are rocky, but there are also some nice sandy beaches, eg Mal Pas or Platja des Morer Vermell. The next sandy beach, Morer Vermell, is about a 10-minute walk away. In Es Barcarés you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant/bar. The town of Alcúdia, just 5 minutes by car, has more supermarkets, restaurants etc. In addition, the town is famous for the historic wall, the Roman ruins and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. In the Port of Alcúdia you can go out at night, take a boat trip to Formentor, go with the children to the playground or visit the night market held in summer. In addition, we recommend taking an excursion to the Sa Talaia mountain, the Sa Victoria hermitage, the Coll Baix cove, the Calvari de Pollença or spending a great day in the Alcúdia water park. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
