The main protagonist of this wonderful apartment is the large private terrace with access to the community garden which in turn communicates directly with the spectacular beach with crystal clear waters of Puerto de Alcúdia. The terrace will allow you to live outdoors, before or after the beach day, and you can even sunbathe on the two sun loungers available.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, so its location is unbeatable. The interior offers a modern and bright style. Firstly we find the living room - dining room - kitchen with AC and on two levels: at the height of the terrace is the living room with satellite TV and a few steps higher is the dining area and the kitchen with a breakfast bar and electric stove. Additionally, in the apartment you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the apartment has two bedrooms, both with AC and closet. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the apartment. In the hallway area there is a bunk bed also at your disposal. And if you travel with your baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair.

The apartment building is located in front of one of the best beaches in Mallorca, Alcúdia, which is characterized by its fine sand and turquoise waters. You can spend the day enjoying different water sports, beach volleyball, water attractions, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay and you can walk to the Port to admire the boats or taste Spanish food in one of the many restaurants. You can also play golf on one of the most impressive courses, Alcanada, with wonderful views of the sea. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
