This Mediterranean-style house has a fantastic terrace with an awning where you can sit and breathe and feel the soft sea breeze while you enjoy a good breakfast or a tasty dinner prepared on the barbecue. The bright color of its blinds gives a touch of joy to the exterior of the home. On the porch, located at the entrance of the house, you can relax reading an interesting book accompanied by a refreshing drink.

The one-story house has a large living room with satellite television open to the dining area with a table for 6 people. This room is perfect for everyone eating together while watching their favorite channels on television. The kitchen, with a very marine feel, is equipped with a gas hob and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and feel at home. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. All bedrooms have a fan for the hottest days. We will prepare a crib and a high chair if you are staying with a baby. They have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The Can Picafort area is rich in shops and activities to enjoy the summer. Its beach is one of the best beaches in Mallorca due to its large area, which makes it the best place to take long walks, practice water sports or even take a boat ride. For golf lovers, the Alcanada golf club is just 11 km away. Along the Puerto de Colón promenade, you can do some shopping for groceries, clothing or footwear. Trying an ice cream at one of the many artisan ice cream and yogurt kiosks on the beach is a delight. A visit to the Formentor Lighthouse is mandatory! For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
