One terrace deck with the pool is located by the house with a view of the garden and the forest. Then there is another large terrace deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue down in the garden. In the nice garden there are plenty of goodies that you are welcome to taste. There are grapes, strawberries, wild strawberries, gooseberries, currants, raspberries, herbs, etc. In the forest there are plenty of mushrooms and berries when the season allows. You have nice walking trails and ponds nearby. The nearest one is about 300m from the house. It is close to Kalmar where you can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, shopping and culture. It is also not far to the sea. The house has a fresh kitchen with a dining area and most of what you may need. In the nice living room there is a nice sofa in front of the TV and the stove. There is a patio door out onto the wonderful patio deck with pool. In the main house there are three bedrooms. One with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is a beautiful glassed-in room with curtains where you sleep in a 120cm wide bed. In the third room there is a single bed that is 80cm wide. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großes Sofa, das mit einer Latexmatratze zu einem 140 cm breiten Bett umgebaut werden kann. Then there is a guest cabin without electricity with a 140cm wide sofa bed.
