This fantastic apartment is located on the first floor (without elevator) of a family apartment complex. The terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast, accompanied by beautiful views of the pine forest in front, or to have lunch or dinner outdoors after enjoying a great day among crystal clear waters. And just by going outside you can see the sea and step on its shore in just 80 meters or steps!

Inside the apartment you will find a spacious, modern and beautiful room, with air conditioning, which combines the kitchen, dining room and living room.
