A cozy and beautiful furnished terrace becomes the perfect corner to have a good breakfast with coffee, juice and fresh fruits, or a good glass of wine, before an outdoor dinner, after a long day of travel or the beach. To enjoy it you just have to cross the street, walk a few steps and you are already on the sand!

Inside, a comfortable and spacious living-dining room with Smart TV, CD and DVD player and air conditioning awaits you, which perhaps means an afternoon of guaranteed entertainment. Then we have the kitchen, completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook at home. To rest there are three rooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed, fan and space to place a crib and a high chair, and two others with two single beds each. Two bathrooms complete the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and, of course, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located between the mythical and well-known Llac Gran, a large lake, and the fine sand beach. The beach has several kilometers of white sand and crystal clear waters that run along the entire coast from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort. It offers hammock and umbrella rentals and is perfect for families with children as it gets deep quite far from the shore, and for lovers of water sports. We also recommend a visit to the town of Alcúdia where its mythical walls and its traditional market on Tuesdays and Sundays will leave you amazed. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
