Come enjoy the sun and the sea on one of the best beaches on the island thanks to this apartment. You can access the beach in a few steps. The large terrace offers wonderful views of the beach and has everything you may need to enjoy the good weather on the island: two sun loungers for sunbathing, a comfortable table with chairs where you can enjoy your best dishes as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa from where you can enjoy a drink at sunset.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is fully equipped. From the terrace we access a space with AC and two levels: the living room (with satellite TV) at the terrace level and the dining room and kitchen (with breakfast bar and electric stove) a few steps higher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with AC, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower in the apartment and a bunk bed in the hallway area, also at your disposal. A cot and high chair are available as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is located in an exceptional area, caressing the sand of the beach and feeling the sea breeze from its terrace. In Port d'Alcúdia you will also find all the services necessary for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Don't forget to visit the old town of Alcudia and its wonderful weekly market every Tuesday and Sunday. If you are a golf lover, you cannot miss the wonderful Alcanada course, with incomparable views of the sea. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Geweldige locatie vlakbij het strand! Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel. We waardeerden het extra stapelbed voor de kinderen. Bovendien maakten de restaurants in de buurt het gemakkelijk om uit eten te gaan.
Het appartement was ruim en comfortabel, de eigen badkamer was een leuke extra, en de kinderen vonden het stapelbed geweldig, kortom een geweldige keuze voor gezinnen,
Dit appartement is perfect voor strandliefhebbers. We hebben genoten van de gemakkelijke toegang tot het zand en de nabijgelegen restaurants voor het diner. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf.
Deze plek heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een familievakantie. De twee slaapkamers waren ruim en de twee badkamers waren erg handig. De kinderen waren dol op het stapelbed!
Een heerlijke plek met een fantastische ligging. De wekelijkse markt in Alcudia was een hoogtepunt van onze reis. We vonden de lokale producten en ambachten geweldig.
Het strand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand! We hebben er urenlang genoten van de zon en het zand. Het gemak van deze locatie kan niet genoeg worden benadrukt.
