It is an independent villa in a very quiet and residential area. On the one hand, the beautiful front porch stands out, at the entrance of the house, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs where you can eat or dine al fresco, along with two beautiful armchairs in which you can sit and have a coffee while enjoying an interesting read. On the other hand, the side and back of the house offer an artificial grass area where the little ones in the family can play while the older ones sit on the comfortable sofas and armchairs to have a cocktail during the sunset. And at night, the best plan is to enjoy a delicious barbecue with the family! The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The two-story house offers a classic yet modern style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. The spacious living-dining room, which is accessed from the front porch, is equipped with a sofa where you can watch satellite television, air conditioning (cold air only) and a dining table with capacity for 6 people. Next to the dining room we find the kitchen, which is independent and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher,... along with a comfortable small table to have more work surface. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house you will find 3 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, has a single bed, air conditioning (cold air only) and a chest of drawers to leave your belongings. This floor is completed with a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor we have the rest of the bedrooms. The first has a double bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning (cold air only), exit to a small balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other has two single beds, a dresser and a clothes rack. Another bathroom with a bathtub completes the floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we will be happy to prepare a crib and a high chair for you. The house has gas central heating.

Puerto de Alcúdia is a perfect holiday destination for traveling with the family. It has all the necessary services for an independent stay. The leisure offer is very wide, as is the gastronomy. If you feel like going out and having fun, there is also a great offer of nightlife. And of course, the incredible beach with its soft white sand and shallow turquoise waters, family atmosphere and the possibility of practicing a variety of water sports. There are also other coves and beaches nearby that you will fall in love with, such as Alcanada or Mal Pas. Also don't forget to stop by the town of Alcúdia, walk along its medieval wall or buy local products on market days, Tuesdays and Sundays.
