The exteriors are wonderful. Next to a beautiful chlorine pool - measuring 8 x 4 m and with a depth of 0.2 to 1.7 m -, a very well furnished porch welcomes you to enjoy a few warm days with a glass of wine. They also have sun loungers to enjoy the sun and an outdoor shower to cool off quickly. Another porch furnished with a table and chairs is ideal for those summer dinners prepared on the barbecue. The plot, within an agricultural environment, is fenced and offers total privacy.

Inside, the spacious living room, open to the dining room and kitchen, is an ideal space to be accompanied by family or friends. The space intended for rest and tranquility is the living area, with comfortable sofas and satellite television. The Mallorcan-style kitchen is practical and has all the necessary utensils and appliances to be able to cook at home, ceramic hob, oven and more. The house has two large bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other with two single beds. Both have air conditioning, a wardrobe and space to accommodate a crib and a high chair. Then there is a second bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house, and the laundry room, which is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lastly, there are two fans in case you need them.

The location of the property is ideal if you are looking to get to know one of the most deeply rooted ways of life on the island, which is agriculture. Vilafranca de Bonany is a small town where the charm is palpable because it only has those small shops selling fruits and vegetables grown by local people, and the typical Mallorcan bars and restaurants. On the contrary, Manacor is close and has much more commercial activity and so on. The house is located between both towns, 4.4 km from Vilafranca and 7 km from Manacor. And if you want to know the beaches, the closest is Porto Cristo, about 25.3 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
