Around the pool there is a shower and a paved area where you can relax and sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers. Around the house, there is a gravel surface with a pergola for your relaxing moments. And, just to the right of the main entrance of the house, there is a furnished terrace where you can enjoy delicious outdoor barbecues with your family and friends. The property is in a secluded location, surrounded by 14,000 square meters of land. 7,000 of them landscaped where you will find many Mediterranean plants such as fragrant rosemary, olive trees, cypresses, palm trees, shady pines and its lemon and orange orchard could not be missing. From the property you can admire the Mallorcan countryside that surrounds it, with wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountain range, Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx and Puig de Sant Salvador on the horizon. Great sunrises and beautiful sunsets are guaranteed.

The interiors of the house are decorated with furniture from the 18th and early 19th centuries, housing a large art collection. Upon entering this two-story house you find an elegant dining room that leads to the living room, with a wood stove, satellite television and CD player. Separated by an arch, you find the kitchen, furnished with everything necessary to carry out any recipe, including a gas stove. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, there are three bedrooms in total. Two of them are in the main house, -equipped with a closet and fan-, of which one is located on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. Downstairs they have one with two single beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, and the upstairs one with two separate single beds. The third bedroom is in a nice annex and offers two single beds pushed together, an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. There is availability for a cot and a high chair, as well as a fourth fan if needed. If you are committed to the environment, you will like to know that since its restoration, the efficiency and use of natural resources was taken into account. The entire energy system of the farm is generated in an ecological way thanks to its solar panel station, the water is the property's own and the wastewater is filtered and treated for later use in irrigating the gardens.

Located in a rural environment, this house is located between the towns of Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor, although it really belongs to Manacor. Vilafranca is a small agricultural town that is characterized by the quality of its fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves. Manacor is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its great commercial activity, with the pearl factory and its beautiful furniture stores. Felanitx preserves the charm of the industrial areas of Mallorca where you can walk through the old town with great commercial life.
