Get up early and enjoy a delicious coffee on the terrace with the first rays of sun, or a wonderful outdoor barbecue on the interior terrace. It is furnished with a table with chairs and has a sliding awning in case you want to spend a pleasant and long evening having dinner and having a few glasses of wine. But before that, of course you have to enjoy a good day at the beach, located only 850 meters away or about 10 minutes walk.
Inside this two-story house, you will find a large living-dining room open to the kitchen through an American bar. Here you can relax watching satellite TV, reading a book quietly or eating together. The kitchen is simple but has all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook at home, such as a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and more. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one of them located on this same floor with a single bed, and the remaining two on the upper floor, with a double bed. In addition, all of them have a radiator for cold days, and the two on top offer a fan. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the upper floor and another outside with a shower. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board located on the terrace, as well as 1 cot and 1 high chair for a baby.
The location of the accommodation is ideal since it is located in an urbanization of Puerto de Alcúdia, which in addition to being a very lively area with all kinds of services, shops, beach, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and supermarkets, everything is accessible on foot. However, to get to other nearby towns such as Can Picafort, Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença, they have a bus stop about 270 meters away, which runs every 15 minutes in high season or you can also go by car. The town center of Alcúdia is worth a visit, especially on Tuesdays and Sundays, which are market days.

Dit huis is goed gelegen, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand. We hebben optimaal genoten van onze dagen ontspannen aan zee,
Ik was onder de indruk van de ruime kastruimte in de slaapkamers. Het uitpakken ging daardoor heel gemakkelijk.
Woning vertoont veel kleine mankementen en is toe aan modernisering. Locatie prima.
De BBQ in de achtertuin is fantastisch. We hebben heerlijk buiten onder de sterren gegeten. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden!
Het pand is goed onderhouden en schoon. Het voelde als een thuis ver van huis.
Mooie plek. Dicht bij het strand en voorzieningen. Toen we aankwamen bleken de sleutels van het huis in een kastje met code te hangen. Die code hadden we nooit gehad. Omdat het zaterdag was, was niemand bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk 2021 geprobeerd (jaar) en dat was hoe ongelooflijk de juiste code. Maar hierdoor heel veel stress. Huisje was redelijk schoon. Verder hadden we deze plek gekozen met onze peuter omdat de tuin omheind was. Helaas kon het hekje alleen niet op slot. Wel alles aanwezig en mooie vakantie gehad.
