The exteriors of this magnificent property are very beautiful. In front of a beautiful two-story building, they have a beautiful private chlorine pool - 9 x 5 m and 1 to 2 m deep -, surrounded by green grass where you can lie down and sunbathe. There are also six sun loungers for this, and a large fully furnished porch to have barbecues.

Inside they have a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, where they will all be able to eat together, watch satellite television, a DVD movie or listen to some music. Next, you enter the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There are three bathrooms, one with a shower downstairs and two en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and is located in the downstairs room, and the other has a shower and bathtub (without hydromassage) and is located in the upstairs room. There is central heating and two rooms have A/C. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair.

This villa belongs to the beautiful and familiar town of Lloret de Vistalegre, although it is located next to the road that connects Sineu with the capital, Palma. This is perfect for quick access in this or other directions, and in this way you can get to know the unique inland towns such as Lloret, Sineu, Ruberts, the city of Palma or beaches such as Can Picafort, 24.9 km away.
