The interior terrace of this house is wonderful as it is perfectly furnished and thought out in detail to turn your breakfasts and barbecues, outdoors, into enviable moments. However, it must be admitted that the real wonder is that the house is located just 15 meters from the beach. They just have to cross the road and swim!
Spacious and with a fresh air, the interior welcomes you with a comfortable living room - where you can watch TV-SAT or a DVD movie accompanied by sea views -, open to the kitchen-dining room - where you can cook your best recipes on the hob or in the oven and eat all together. This entire joint room offers air conditioning. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, with wardrobe and A/C, one with a single bed and two with a double bed. One of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and, in addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. A cot and a high chair are available.
The accommodation is located in front of the beach of Sa Marina, Alcúdia. They must bear in mind that it is located next to the road, so there is continuous vehicle traffic. However, the advantage of this is having easy and quick access to many beautiful places in this coastal part of the island, such as the town of Alcúdia or Alcanada, whose golf course is one of the most desired on the island. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De airconditioning werkte goed en hield ons koel tijdens ons verblijf. De leefruimte was licht en uitnodigend.

Op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand! De kinderen vonden het geweldig en we waardeerden de aanwezigheid van een kinderstoel en kinderbedje.
