With an interior renovated in 2024, it stands out for being spacious as well as cozy. Upon entering you find a practical room that unites the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Here you can watch television - cool thanks to the air conditioning -, cook your favorite recipes on the gas hob and enjoy them. The separate laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with a wardrobe. A cot and high chair and a radiator are available. The bathroom in the house has a bathtub.
Can Picafort is a familiar and quiet coastal town, with a tourist influx in summer, since in winter it is inhabited by local people. It has all the necessary services such as bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, shops, supermarket, etc. The beach is 500 meters away, being a true paradise. If you like golf, we recommend Alcanada, just 14 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De airconditioning was een uitkomst tijdens de warme dagen. Koken in de keuken was gemakkelijk en we vonden het geweldig dat we een wasruimte tot onze beschikking hadden.
We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad, de woning had alles wat we nodig hadden en we voelden ons er meteen thuis,
Het interieur is onlangs gerenoveerd en voelt fris en modern aan. We vonden de open indeling van de woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken prettig.
De lokale winkels en ijssalons waren een genot. We hebben genoten van het verkennen van het dorp en het uitproberen van verschillende lekkernijen.
