The apartment is located in an apartment with a shared pool of 14mx8m and a depth ranging between 1.95m and 1.10m. They also have an outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas to rest. But not everything stays in the pool. There will be no better way to start the day than enjoying a coffee on the terrace of the apartment, which offers views and tranquility that are difficult to find. On the penthouse terrace you will find sun loungers where you can relax while you tan and a large table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Inside the apartment you will find a large living room, equipped with a TV and a table with four chairs so you can extend the evenings. The ceramic hob kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the apartment there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both have fans. A bathroom with a bathtub completes your stay.

Conil de la Frontera is known for its impressive beaches of golden sand and crystal clear waters, such as Los Bateles Beach, which is located less than 2km away. Furthermore, the historic center of the city is an authentic labyrinth of narrow streets and squares full of life, where you can find numerous tapas bars and restaurants serving typical dishes such as fried fish. The city has a rich history and culture and has several monuments and places of interest such as the Torre de Guzmán, the Church of Santa Catalina and the Raíces Conileñas Museum that exhibits objects related to local history and tradition. Pool hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
