The coastal town Can Picafort is popular with beach and sea lovers as it has a dream sandy beach, along with many restaurants. The house is located in a quiet area and has two terraces, one front and one rear. The second is perfect for celebrating great evenings outdoors or enjoying a good breakfast before starting the day. To protect yourself from the sun, there is a large umbrella. In the afternoon, you may want to grill vegetables and meat - there is a mobile barbecue for this. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around it.

The house was built in 2017 and has a modern-Mediterranean style, with stoneware floors, light-colored furniture and beautiful paintings that give a touch of color to the rooms. The spacious living room has satellite television and is open to the dining area, where 6 people can sit. The dining room has a door that goes to the terrace behind; which is very convenient if you have a barbecue outside, but want to eat inside. The open kitchen has basic equipment to prepare simple dishes, including a ceramic hob, microwave and some cooking utensils. The three bright bedrooms with wardrobes are located on the first floor. Two rooms have 2 single beds, while the third comes with a double bed. A twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower and a third bathroom with a bathtub. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. There is ducted A/C (cold air only).

Can Picafort beach is several kilometers long with fine sand and blue waters. It has services such as rental of hammocks and umbrellas, beach bars, restaurants and toilets. Along the promenade, there is a wide range of bars and restaurants, playgrounds, shops and ice cream parlours. The part from Capellans-Playa de Muro towards Puerto de Alcúdia is a more natural area, backed by dunes and with fewer services. The old town of Alcúdia with its cobbled streets is 12 kilometers away. Near Puerto de Alcúdia, in Alcanada, there is a golf course next to the sea.
