If you are lovers of beautiful landscapes, you will love the exteriors of this villa. The porch invites you to have a delicious breakfast contemplating the mountains and the town of Son Servera. Afterwards, you can relax right here reading something on the 2 sun loungers or sunbathe on the 2 sun loungers on the upper terrace or on the remaining 6 next to the pool. This is made of chlorine, measures 8 x 4 m and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.7 m. And, to top off the morning, they have a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled recipes.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a beautiful living-dining room, where you can eat together and rest on the sofa watching TV-SAT. Then you access the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, everything you need to cook and a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat here. There are 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds on this floor, and two with two single beds on the upper floor. In one of these last two we can prepare 1 crib and 1 high chair. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. There are 5 fans and oil central heating. Finally, outside they have a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, toilet and a shower tray.

The location is ideal if you want to have the town close but enjoy a quiet and country environment. The center of the town of Son Servera is 1 km away, the Cala Bona beach is just 3 km away and the Son Servera golf course is just over 5 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
