The house has a fascinating outdoor area. A wonderful garden area with fruit trees surrounds the 12x5m chlorine pool area and an outdoor shower and sun loungers so you can relax after a dip. A fully furnished porch with a ping-pong table for your added entertainment and a terrace with a chill-out area and table for all diners invite you to enjoy a wonderful barbecue with your companions. The barbecue is mobile but is mainly located in the kitchen prepared for summer meals.

The interior of the main house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV and a fireplace to extend the evenings. There is also a large table with chairs to enjoy your favorite dishes with your family and friends. The gas stove is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine and dryer. On this same floor there is also a toilet. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor all with double bed and mountain views. In addition, they all have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is an annex where they have a fourth bedroom also with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The property is located 2km from Búger where you will find the necessary services for your vacation such as supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars and restaurants serving traditional island dishes. Don't forget to visit the market held in the center every Thursday. For lovers of excursions and incredible views, you can visit the Puig de Santa Magdalena or the Lluc Monastery. If you want to enjoy the coast, only about 15 km separate you from the Port d'Alcúdia area, where you can visit a water park or magnificent beaches with crystal-clear water, or enjoy an exquisite cocktail at sunset and during the night. If you prefer to visit small, quiet coves with crystal clear water, near this area, we recommend visiting La Victoria or Playa de Sant Joan. Also, the Alcanada or Pollença Golf Club will make you have a pleasant and entertaining time if you like this sport. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
