The private chlorine pool is the jewel of this magnificent property. Enjoy a good bath after having a delicious breakfast under the porch, in its 12 x 6 m and 1.2 to 2.2 m depth. Next to it, several loungers and Balinese beds are for sunbathing. After a long day, the porch once again becomes the perfect place to enjoy delicious barbecues. Privacy is absolute.

The house has a comfortable kitchen-living-dining room where you can spend time together because, at the same time, you can cook on the gas hob, prepare a table or an aperitif, and even watch satellite TV. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with two single beds each, wardrobe and ceiling fan. One of them offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a hot tub. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available.

The farm is located just 1 km from the center of Capdepera. This way you will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and quick access to any service such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. We recommend a visit to the Castell de Capdepera. The nearest beach is Cala Rajada, about 4.5 km away, and the Canyamel golf course is about 5 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
