The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by plants, you will find a large pool measuring 9 x 6m and a constant depth of 1.80 m. Around it, you will find two terraces where there is a barbecue, a trampoline and several corners where you can sunbathe or enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The interior of the single-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor is the living-dining room, which has satellite TV and is ideal for extending the evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a gas stove and everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. On the upper floor you will find the 4 bedrooms, all of them with a fan. Two of them have a double bed - one of them also has access to the balcony -, while the remaining two have two single beds each. Two independent bathrooms with shower complete this floor. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Ibiza is the ideal island if you want to enjoy the most authentic Mediterranean. In it, you will be able to explore paradisiacal coves and beaches, contemplate incredible sunsets in places as beautiful as Es VedrÃ, BenirrÃs or the Torre del Pirata and go explore Phoenician sites. If you fancy a more urban environment, Ibiza Town is less than 20 minutes away by car. There, we recommend visiting Dalt Vila, the historic center of the capital and stopping at a good restaurant to try typical Ibizan cuisine. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Een heerlijke ontsnapping! De privacy die het hek bood, gaf ons het gevoel dat we in een klein paradijsje zaten. We hebben hier echt genoten.
De locatie is perfect voor degenen die zowel de stranden als de lokale cultuur willen verkennen. We hebben genoten van een bezoek aan de oude stad Ibiza-Stad,
De slaapkamers waren ruim en comfortabel. Het was fijn om in elke kamer een ventilator te hebben om 's nachts koel te blijven.
We hebben hier een heerlijke ervaring gehad. De zelfstandige keuken bood ons de mogelijkheid om gemakkelijk onze eigen maaltijden te bereiden, en in de nabijgelegen stad waren een aantal geweldige restaurants om uit te proberen.
