After a morning full of activities, it is wonderful to be able to cool off in the private salt pool, measuring 6.5 x 3.5 m and with a depth of 1.5 m. After swimming, they can dry off in the sun on the 4 loungers next to the pool, rinse and freshen up again in the outdoor shower, and go to the porch to prepare and enjoy a delicious barbecue. They also have an upper terrace, perfectly furnished for your moments of relaxation, along with a glass of wine with views of the pool and the town.

Inside, a hall leads to the living room, where you can watch satellite television or read a book by the fireplace on cold days. The dining room is independent and has space for 6 people. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook. On this same floor they have a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with two single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, is located on the upper floor, which is accessed only from outside, through the terrace. The living room, dining room and bedrooms offer air conditioning. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. The house has 1 crib, 1 high chair and underfloor heating.

Ariany is a small town with a lot of charm. It has basic services such as a grocery store and some good restaurants. The surroundings are mainly rural, inviting you to take long walks in the countryside, go hiking, cycling, etc. The nearest beach, Son Serra de Marina, is 20 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
