The exterior of the house is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it you will find a chlorine pool of 8mx4m and a depth of between 0.9m and 1.9m, which is shared with another property. Next to it, there is an area with sun loungers where you can relax while you tan. The terrace also has a barbecue and a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is partial.

The interior of the single-story house has everything you need for a well-deserved rest. The living room is ideal for extending the evenings, equipped with a standing fan and TV, it is open to the kitchen, which has all the facilities so you can cook large dishes. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, you will find two bedrooms with a fan: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

This house is located in Cala en Porter, an idyllic area of ​​Menorca that has all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay and is surrounded by viewpoints, coves with crystal-clear waters and places of interest such as the Necropolis of Cales Coves or the Talayotic town of Torralba de'n Salort. In addition, it is very close to the town of Alaior and Mahón, the capital of Menorca and the most cosmopolitan city on the island. We encourage you to visit its historic center while discovering a lot of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its wonderful views of the port while having a drink in one of its numerous establishments. If you go to the port, we recommend visiting the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola. In addition, Mahón is the perfect place to visit restaurants and enjoy typical Menorcan cuisine. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
