The garden of this wonderful villa is, without a doubt, its main attraction. A large grass area, with a playground, and a cozy corner, with fruit trees, surround a beautiful construction and a large terrace made up of a private chlorine pool - measuring 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.4 m deep. After a nice bath, you can relax lying in the 6 hammocks or the Balinese bed, or have a drink while reading a book under the pergola. Then, both the porch and the outdoor terrace invite you to enjoy a good barbecue.
Inside, the living-dining room welcomes you to relax watching TV-SAT or eat together while contemplating the views of the pool. The spacious kitchen, with a ceramic hob, also offers space for dining. There are 3 bedrooms, with wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and another two with two single beds. There is a second independent bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 1 crib, 1 high chair and 3 portable fans available, in addition to the 3 ceiling fans installed in the living room and kitchen.
The property is located 2.8 km from Ariany, a beautiful, cozy and authentic Majorcan town. Its surroundings, surrounded by fields, invite you to take walks and enjoy the tranquility. In the town, they have basic services such as a grocery store and the occasional bar and restaurant. In short, if you want to enjoy one of those small towns in the most absolute calm, this is your place! For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

De fruitbomen in de tuin gaven een leuke touch. We hebben genoten van het plukken van vers fruit tijdens ons verblijf.
De airconditioning in de slaapkamers was een uitkomst tijdens de warmste dagen, we sliepen zeer comfortabel,
De villa is goed onderhouden en heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel verblijf. De wasruimte was een praktische toevoeging.
De locatie is rustig en een beetje weg van de toeristische gebieden, wat we geweldig vonden. Het voelde als een echte ontsnapping.
De villa is goed ontworpen voor zowel ontspanning als gezelligheid. We hebben genoten van onze tijd samen in de ruime woonkamer,
De pergola buiten bood een fijne schaduwrijke plek om te ontspannen. Het was een geweldige plek voor een middagdutje.
Ariany is een charmant dorpje. We hebben genoten van onze rustige wandelingen in de omliggende velden. De villa is een geweldige plek om te ontsnappen aan de drukte.
We hebben heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad. De diepte is perfect voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen.
Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en eetkamer is prachtig, vooral bij zonsondergang. Ze zorgden ervoor dat onze maaltijden extra speciaal waren.
